The room here was great - it was spacious and quiet, plus it had a terrace. the staff were really nice too. the breakfast was amazing with lots of different food options. It was a lovely stay, just like always.

The breakfast was satisfying with a variety of pastries, eggs, and cheese. the staff serving it were knowledgeable. the location of the hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk away from an art museum.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed, very comfortable bed, clean and spacious. We were very pleased with all services.

we would stay here again, loved it. the breakfasts are great with yogurts and french sausage, as for instance.

The Hotel La- Bastide was excellent in every way, it was a great suprise when we arrived to find it in a brilliant area so close to everything, railway station and airport bus shuttle. The hotel was more than expected lovely decor and looked as though it had been recently decorated, room we were in a triple, was done to look like a cruise ship, excellently done, a fantastic bathroom, best shower ive ever had , and ive had a few in my time .overall it should be more stars attached, lastbut not least the owners were very friendly and helpfull, would go again .

The friendly and welcoming staff made my visit a delight. Location was very convenient for traveling by train.

The superior double room with air conditioning here was impressive.

Rooms a little tired and a bit 'spartan' .

It is not far from old city, and citi center.

There is no no eletric sockets in the room, very unfriendly stuff and room is smelly. No free w-fi. Hotels payable garage is around the block and even though it is connected to the hotel they don't allow you to bring your lagguage and baby trough hotel but through the streets around the block and it is open from 8 to 20 hours and even though owners live in the hotel they won't open the door before on the day of your leaving.

The rooms here are very cozy and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Overall good value for money hotel, close to the train station (not that that helps when the trains are on strike). Reception staff helpful, english not too bad. Room good size, especially for the price. 20-25min walk to walled city, but in the little for the lower city which is just as nice to look around, close to the saturday markets.

Would of been nice to have a safe and small fridge in room.

The hotel is delightful, it has brilliant rooms and informative employees. The location is marvellous and near the city-Chateau de Carcassonne as well as the train station and airport shuttle. For lunch or dinner go to Taj Mahal, located next door to the property. Thank you guys for the service...

This place is lovely with great staff and a charming location, especially being close to some Irish pubs.

rooms were clean, staff were helpfull,well situated in the town,would certainly use this hotel again.

would like to see to see the continental breakfast improved with cold meats and cheese,prepared to pay extra for this.there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room
